We start with a visit to measure the shaft and the entrances, then propose the load, the number of stops and the door type that suits the lobby. The cabin is chosen from finishes we have actually built: patterned stainless steel, gold mirrors with a lit ceiling, or backlit etched glass.
The machine is gearless, so the ride is quiet, the stop is level with the floor, and the machine room stays small. After installation we test the safety gear, the doors and the levelling, then hand the lift over with a walkthrough and a maintenance contract.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does elevator installation take?
It depends on the lift type, the number of stops and whether the shaft is ready. We set the duration in the quote after the survey, and keep to it.
Do you offer periodic maintenance?
Yes. We maintain the lifts we installed and others under scheduled contracts, and you get a report after every visit. Breakdowns are reported by phone or WhatsApp.
What brands do you work with?
We install Italian gearless machines such as Alberto Sassi and modern controllers, and name the brand and origin of every part in the quote.
Can you modernize an old elevator?
Yes. Replacing the machine and the controller is usually enough, with the shaft and cabin staying; the lift then runs quietly and stops level. We decide after a survey.
Do you install escalators?
Yes, for malls and shopping centres; the escalators at Shahba Mall in northern Idlib are ours.
What happens after handover?
We walk you through using the lift, then look after it under a maintenance contract that sets the visit schedule and how to request a repair.
